Your thoughts and feelings are your signals out to the Universe. If you are vibrating health and happiness, your body will benefit. But if you are vibrating worry or anger, your body will suffer.

Your dis-ease is about a resistance that you hold within yourself when you think thoughts that make you feel bad. In order to understand what your resistance is all about, observe what you think about when a negative emotion arise. Monitor your resistance. As soon as you experience negative emotions, pay attention to what you think about and then shift your thought to something that makes you feel better. Always reach for a better feeling thought. This is the only work you need to do in order to regain control of your health! Yes, it’s that simple; pay attention to your thoughts and find a thought that makes you feel better.

If you are sick, you have been chronically thinking about things that make you feel bad. Thoughts like: I feel bad, I have always felt bad, I didn’t use to feel this bad are examples of when you are focusing on what you don’t want. Also, when you talk about your illness with other people and explain how bad you feel, and try to figure out where it came from etc., you are still focusing on your illness. These kinds of thoughts cause the resistance within you and stop you from getting well.

It’s possible that you have been thinking these thoughts for a long period of time so you have become used to feeling bad. This negative spiral has to stop. These negative thoughts with its vibration are the resistance that prevents the healing energy from flowing into the body. If you want to be well you have to change your vibration. You have to be on the same frequency as your wish to be well,  in order to manifest wellness, according to Law of Attraction for health. So how do you change your frequency/vibration? The short answer is, by thinking and feeling differently. Focus only on what you want!

To change something, we have to do something differently. The same goes for your health. If you want to improve your physical wellness, you have to practice the Law of Attraction for health. You will have to stop the negative mind pattern and start focusing on what you want. Change your vibration and think and focus only on things that make you feel good, in order to vibrate on the same frequency as well-being.

You have to “vibrate” on the same frequency as your wish to become healthy. When you think a thought that makes you feel bad, you vibrate differently from when you think thoughts that make you feel happy and content. The key to your wellness is the different frequencies on your thoughts. These vibrations that you are sending out to the Universe, is what will come back to be manifested in your life, according to Law of Attraction.

Focus only on what you want; think thoughts that make you feel good in order to vibrate on the same frequency as your wish. When you shift your thoughts in order to feel better, you start the healing process. The Law of Attraction says: “Like attracts Like” and this is why you have to be on the same frequency as your wish.

Focus on what you want: your well-being. Whatever you focus on you will attract, according to the Law of Attraction. The Universe responds immediately to your desire to be well as soon as you wish for it. Your job is to vibrate on the same frequency as your wish (being healthy), in order for it to manifest in your life.
