What is inspiration?

  • Change Your Awareness of Others: Where we come from it excludes no one. We are all connected and come from the same creative energy. If you have thoughts that include some and exclude others at anytime, you are not in spirit. It is therefore important to watch your thoughts and feel love for yourself and others, if you want to stay connected with your soul.
  • Change your thoughts: Your “bonds” that are keeping you disconnected from your inspiration, are your thoughts; the way you think. If you have negative thoughts like: “It’s never going to happen, It never works out for me, I am always miserable etc.” you disconnect yourself from your soul, because this is not the way your soul, God, or the creative source energy that you came from, is thinking. You must think, feel, and act in harmony with your soul in order to stay connected. You need to feel your divinity.
  • Believe with passion: By passionately believing in what doesn’t exist, you create it. That which is nonexistent has not been sufficiently desired. Remember that what you desire, which is aligned with Spirit, is on its way.
  • See yourself as whom you truly are; unlimited: When you see yourself as unlimited, you see yourself as you were before you were born, and this is who you truly are. When you see yourself as unlimited, and your mind “transcends limitations”, you enter the field of all possibilities.
  • Don’t question your inspiration and “doing”: When you move into Sprit, your consciousness expands in every direction. You will find yourself doing things that you don’t understand why you are doing them, but as you follow your inspiration the reason for your action will be clear later on. Great and unexplainable things will start showing up in your experience. You will start noticing that everything comes into place at the exact right moment. It is most likely that you will have thoughts that will suddenly manifest for you, just like synchronicities. You will also discover dormant talents that are suddenly coming to live. Life is stressful, and you need to be able to handle considerable amounts of work-pressure. Corporate life can place pretty high demands on your mind and body, which might tire you out pretty soon. Do not pop anti-stress pills every time you feel mentally/physically fatigued, and try out the following spiritual techniques instead:

  • Meditate regularly – Practice meditation, for at least an hour every day. If possible, pick up some simple yoga exercises, and practice them on a regular basis. You can also join weekend meditation/yoga classes – if time permits. Do not try exercises that are too complicated, particularly if you are not used to meditation postures.
  • Listen to relaxing music – Once you are back from office, freshen up, have your meal – and then, put off the lights in your room, and listen to some good relaxation music. Slow classical tunes, or those with light, rhythmic beats will be ideal for the purpose. You can also create a disk of your personal favorite numbers, and play it to de-stress yourself. Stay away from hard rock, however. It will excite your nerves, instead of having a calming effect.
    Practice deep breathing – Do the busy everyday activities at office leave you ‘out of breath’? Rejuvenate yourself, by following a few easy deep-breathing exercises at home. Once your breathing becomes regularized, you will automatically feel mental pressures and physical stress levels go down. Regular deep breathing will also help you have better control over your temper levels.
  • Read a religious book – If you believe in a Higher Being, reading a few pages of religious books everyday will also be useful for driving away stress problems. Select texts on the different famous religious entities and deities, and feel inspired. You can read books related to only your religion, or can expand your knowledge about other religious beliefs too. Have relaxation music CD-s playing in the background – and feel calm and detached within a few minutes.
    Think good thoughts – Something unpleasant might have occurred at your workplace, but that should not clout your mind – even after you have returned home. Try thinking pleasant thoughts, which would recede the unpleasant ones in the background. In particular, do not be vengeful towards anyone who may have done you a wrong. Avoid people you don’t like, but don’t get into confrontations. Stress levels will remain low.
  • Go for a stroll everyday – A laid-back walk at the local park (for an hour or so) every evening can also do wonders for bringing down the day-to-day mental stress levels. Carry along your music player and ear-plugs, and listen to some lovely relaxation music, while walking. If you have a pet, take it on your strolls too. Its delightful company can make you forget all your daily tensions.
  • Think up solutions to all your problems – Make a list of the issues that are bugging you, and jot down the probable solutions to them. Once you do this, you will find that, many of the so-called ‘huge problems’ are nothing more than minor glitches. That way, you will have less things to worry about as well. Remember, problems do not stress you out, the lack of proper solutions to them do.
  • Pray – Believe that a higher, divine force is always by your side. You can also chant a few prayers everyday, to keep your mind on a higher plane, and avoid the petty hassles of life. Many artists have also launched records of relaxation music and prayers, and you can buy and listen to a few of them.

Adopting a spiritual approach towards de-stressing yourself would also help to bolster your concentration and productivity levels. Such an approach does not have any adverse side-effects, unlike most chemical medication procedures. Manage your everyday stress levels efficiently – and be at your freshest, always!

Attract moneySo, how do you attract more money? Are you currently doing the correct things to attract abundance into your life?
Let us share with you a few simple steps that you can apply in your everyday life to attract more money!

Change Your Way of Thinking

Negative thinking will get you nowhere. If you want to attract more money, you have to change your way of thinking. You will have to take a look at your current thoughts and beliefs about money and evaluate whether they serve you or not. If you are still living from a place of lack, then they are not.

A belief is simply a thought that you keep thinking. If you believe that you are broke and will never get ahead, you will never attract more money. You must STOP those types of thoughts immediately and begin to tell a different story. You must begin to think thoughts that raise your vibration level and move you to a place of living from abundance – not living for future abundance.

Begin with declaring that you will begin that change today. Then write out as many positive affirmations as you can when it comes to attracting more money. You can write things like:

- I have more than enough.
– I live in complete abundance.
– I attract more money on a continual basis.
– All of my needs are met.
– Money flows freely to me and through me.

Find Your Vibration Balance

The things you have in your life and the things that you do in life, are generally supposed to help you to feel better and enhance your being. Basically, it’s about how you feel and how you feel is pretty much about coming into alignment with your true nature or who you really are. If your vibrational balance is off and you continually bring things into your life that you think will help you feel better, they won’t. In contrast, if you are vibrationally aligned, the things you bring into your life will help you to feel better. The key is to get into vibrational balance first.

For example, if you are not satisfied financially and you go get a second job, gauge your thought process. Are you thinking thoughts like:

- I need more money.
- I don’t seem to ever get ahead so I guess I will get a second job.
– Maybe working all the time will give me what I need.”

Those types of thoughts will not help you to attract more money. They are coming from a place of lack and are not in vibrational balance with who you really are. Rather than coming from that negative place, think thoughts like these:

- I am so happy and grateful that I am walking in abundance.
– I am thrilled to be attracting more abundance with this second job.
– There is no limit on my earning capabilities.
 - I am flowing effortlessly in a river of abundance.

Do you see the difference? Get into a place mentally that will help you attract more money. Even if your past up until this point has been less than optimal financially, you must begin to see and feel yourself living from abundance. It is only then that you will begin to see amazing things manifest in your life.

Repetitive thinkingMost of the time, without even realizing what we’re doing, we continually circulate our thoughts and feelings in our heads. When referring to the word “thought” what is meant is any kind of image, feeling, or word that happens in the mind. There is a saying that states, ‘If you think you can or can’t do something, you are certainly right’. This statement basically says, if you’re always repeating to yourself what you cannot do, don’t you believe the results you get will be just that?’ The same rings true for a positive statement like, ‘I think I can, I think I can.’ What do you think will be the result of those thoughts?

The practices of recurring thoughts have come to us in various forms. There are prayers, mantras, chants, incantations, or affirmations. All of which have a comparable effects. However, ordinarily repeating a thought over and over again to yourself won’t achieve much on its own but it is the power that comes from the feeling or feelings associated with those thoughts. Just as if you keep professing you are ill along with telling people you are ill, what happens is your mind begins to allow your body to feel what you are thinking. You may ask or wonder if by you saying you are well even when you feel sick, is an untruth, when it fact it is not. Since the mind and body are interconnected choosing your thoughts and finding a constructive way to change your mental and emotional state of being, the faster you will heal. Research states, as well as most doctors will tell you, that the more stressed you are, the weaker your immune system is, which in turn dictates your level of happiness and the less likely you are to become ill.

Whether you know it or not, just like our repetitive thought patterns, everything we do is repetitive. You get out of bed, brush your teeth, take a shower, or start your normal, daily routine, etc., and the replication of life keeps going. Just as breaking the cycle of old habits, breaking cycles of repetitive thought patterns is not an easy thing to do, but doing so can and will change your situation and the way you feel about it. One of the best ways of breaking that repetition is through meditation. Meditation is a way of breaking old thought patterns and turning them into newer, more positive and powerful thoughts. No matter where you are or what you’re doing deliberately force yourself out of old patterns, begin a new one, and then permit yourself to automatically flow in the way of the new pattern.

The further you intentionally direct your thought patterns in the way you want them to go, the additional energy and drive you’ll have to continue with what you desire to do. You will also learn to be liberated from the habitual thought process in your head, in turn bringing more understanding to your body and the phenomenon of life that constantly unfolds in you and around you.

The law of attraction suggests that you think about something and thoroughly expect that to happen, and then it will definitely happen. The success of the law is dependent on your conviction, your confidence in your thinking, and the nature of the thought. Though it seems to be unreal to some people, it actually is a reality to many people – though there are several conditions that needs to be met. People complain that the law of attraction is not holding good for them, but if you think deeply you will find definite reason behind this. You must have not understood it well and thus you are expecting something impossible.

10 reasons why the Law of Attraction is not working and what to do instead

  1. You may have resistance against the acceptance of the law. You may think of scenarios where the law of attraction has not worked or you are thinking of the present situation, which will not let the law work. If you go on telling yourself that the law cannot be true, then it will not be true.
  2. Negative thinking such as guilt, shame or anger will not let the law of attraction work. For example, if you want a brand new car, but feel guilty about driving a new car when so many people around the world are suffering, that guilt will not allow the law of attraction to work.
  3. Internalizing failures and issues, or not dealing with them, will keep you from experiencing the fullness of life. Forgive yourself for not being able to do something in the past. Learn to live in the present and believe great things for the future. If you consider yourself not to be worthy, you will never get what you want.
  4. If you cannot appreciate what you have and always feel like you don’t have anything, then you will not get anything else to appreciate.
  5. There are times when you assume that you want something, but your soul’s desire is something else. In such cases, the law of attraction would not work. Line up your wants, needs, and desires.
  6. According to science, the subconscious runs our life 95 – 99 % of the time, every day. This is why it´s so important to work with affirmations to change your beliefs. You have to strongly believe you will have it and take actions toward the goal at the same time.
  7. If you are thinking that things will happen without you doing anything, you are wrong. You can see yourself going to college all day, every day, but unless you take action and apply to the college, you won’t be able to go.
  8. Love yourself. The law of attraction will not work if you feel unworthy of getting anything good. You must believe that what you want, you are deserving of.
  9. Make yourself happy. Do things that make you happy. By feeling happy, you will attract more things into your life that make you happy.
  10. Lastly, be patient. Know what you want and then stick to your dream. Believe in your dream – until your it manifests. Some things will take time to manifest, but don´t get discouraged. If you have disbelief or doubt, the law of attraction will not work. Believe that the law will work just like you believe the law of gravity will work. Work on raising your vibration – choose one better feeling thought at a time; every minute, everyday – until your align with your dream on a regular basis – a now your dream will manifest.

Actually, the beliefs had such an impact physically that an individual’s eye color would change depending on the personality. Physical markings would disappear, and diseases such as diabetes would alter as well. That is a huge indicator that beliefs and inner dialogue are so powerful.

What is a belief?

Belief is a feeling of certainty of what something is or means. An idea is like a table top that has no legs to support it. It is just there. A belief occurs when you put legs there to support it. Ideas are not the influencing factors in our lives, but beliefs certainly are.

A belief is just a thought that you keep thinking. You create a belief by repeating the same thought over and over again. This means that you can change your beliefs if you change your thoughts.

We have beliefs about anything and everything. From the time we are babies we are thinking and choosing a certain belief system about ourselves and the world. Unfortunately, many people somewhere along the way for a variety of reasons adopt a negative belief system. The majority of their thoughts and beliefs are negative and it affects their entire lives. They have not realized that they can master their inner dialogue.

For example, if a little boy’s dad persuades him on to play baseball when he is young because he wants a son that excels in sports, even though the boy was not really interested in playing, and the boy has a difficult time catching, throwing, and hitting, the boy may begin believing that he is no good at sports. His self-esteem may suffer because he thinks he let his dad down and this negative belief can affect his inner dialogue the rest of his life. He may grow up with little confidence and shame because he was not the star athlete that his dad wanted.

At the same time, this same boy can decide at any age to change his thoughts and belief system to master his inner dialogue, and become confident and successful in whatever he puts his mind to. Breakthroughs begin with recognizing there is a problem and taking the necessary actions toward correcting it.

What are your beliefs?

Beliefs are very powerful and affect your whole life. If you want your inner dialogue to support your dreams and goals, you need to first become aware of your thoughts and beliefs.

Monitor your thoughts and beliefs. What do you think about yourself, your family, your career, the world in general, etc.? What do you say to yourself when you fail or succeed? What have your past beliefs been like? Chances are the spot you are in right now is a direct result of your thoughts and beliefs in the past. It’s time to wake up to their impact.

Now that you are aware of your inner dialogue, it’s time to question your beliefs. Are your beliefs strengthening you or holding you back? Take some time today to write down your predominant thoughts and beliefs and gauge where you are. If you find negative beliefs, write down positive affirmations and recite them out loud daily to re-train your brain. Repetition and action are the keys to change. If you want to be more successful, focus on success and find resources to back that up. Read, listen to audios, watch those who are successful. Success leaves clues so learn from others. Mastering your inner dialogue allows you to create the life you want!

Change one thought at a time – Let your feelings guide you

You change your inner dialogue with one thought at a time. It’s not complicated – you only need a bit of determination. You need to stay present to be aware of your thoughts and feelings. However, instead of controlling your thoughts all the time, it’s easier to use your feelings to guide you. Your feelings are always letting you know if your thoughts are in harmony with your inner/higher wisdom or not. A thought that is loving of self and others, always feels good because it vibrates on the same frequency as unconditional love and your higher self. On the other hand, a negative thought never feels good, because it doesn’t resonate with your heart /inner wisdom / higher self.

For example, when you think thoughts of worthlessness, shame, not enough, failure etc., you feel bad because you know deep down in your heart that these thoughts are not true.
Every human being – including you – is valuable and wonderful, and have a core of goodness and greatness, because we all come from the same loving source / life force energy / God. So when you think a thought that feels bad, change your thoughts. Focus on something that feels better; thus are in harmony with what your inner being knows to be true.

You decide what you want to believe. If you want a fantastic life, make sure that your inner dialogue support your dream, because whatever you believe to be true will be your reality.

I am full of energy and vitality – My mind is calm and peaceful

Yoga breathing from deep in your lungs flushes the cells with oxygen and focuses your mind making it still. Why not start your affirmations for health by centring yourself in this way?

Good health is my birth right – I bless my body daily and take good care of it

Sometimes making a conscious effort to put yourself first can feel selfish and perhaps goes against everything that comes naturally as a parent or lover. I find that this particular health affirmation is a nice reminder about what is important. The carer must be cared for too, self care is your right and your own responsibility. If we are strong in ourselves we can be more sturdy when others need us. Make time for yourself.

I listen to my body’s messages with love

These aches and pains, that lacklustre feeling, and even the recurring Monday headaches, are all signposts that something is wrong. Before you reach for the medicine cabinet take a few moments to try to discern what your body could be telling you. The concept of a dis-ease of the spirit could seem alien, but is that headache an outward sign you dread another day in your job? Did you eat or drink something your body doesn’t like. Conversely did you not give it something it has become dependent on? (Monday morning headaches are often a symptom of going cold turkey from a lack of office coffee over the weekend). Using affirmations for health like this is a good way to remind yourself to appreciate the discomfort for what it is. Pain is a warning sign somewhere, somehow you are doing something wrong. Listen and take your body’s advice, slow down and focus on change of some description.

Every passing day my body becomes more energetic and healthy

Affirmations for health, like any affirmations should vocalised as in the present moment. The picture you draw now has already happened if you like. This is a great visualisation of your vitality in a never ending crescendo of wellness.

It never hurts to give ourself a reminder to smile. Focus on your intention to not be rocked by what is going on around you. You will almost be able to feel roots growing into the ground steadying you.

Some people find saying affirmations out loud helps them to express themselves more clearly and with greater intention. It could be you see no real effects for a while but stick with it. Law of attraction works like pushing a snowball down the hill. At first it is awkward and takes a lot of effort to get things going, but suddenly the ball takes shape and so it gains momentum, and eventually you are chasing it as it runs so fast under its own steam.

Law of attraction works in very much the same way. Recite your health affirmations diligently and wait for your body to start to follow your predictions.

inspired action master the law of attractionWhen “The Secret” first came out, people got very excited about putting the law of attraction at work for them. Plenty of people were visualizing and putting their faith in the manifestation of their desires and dreams.

Over time though, some people lost heart because they did not experience their dreams coming true. They visualized, made positive affirmations, and so on, but the law of attraction still did not seem to work for them. For some reason, they had not mastered the law of attraction.

I’m sure there was a great disappointment. To get so inspired and then to be let down certainly is disheartening, but I dare to say that there may be a solid reason why the law of attraction was not working for them.

Take inspired action

A common misconception about the law of attraction is that you will get your desires simply by thinking about them. While it is very important that your thoughts line up with your desires, for the law of attraction to work, you must take inspired action.

By inspired action I mean that you have to create forward momentum toward the dreams or goals. You cannot simply lie around all day visualizing everything you want and it magically appear. You’re not going to become a lawyer by sitting around seeing yourself as a lawyer. There are inspired actions that you would have to take, such as applying for college, studying, and so on.

To master the law of attraction you are going to have to learn how to take inspired action. Inspired action is taking action with passionate intent. You intend to see your desires manifested, so you take inspired actions toward them.

Go with the flow

As you create positive momentum, the law of attraction goes to work for you, attracting positive people and things into your life that thrust you toward your goal. There is absolutely no forcing. The flowing just happens freely. If you feel you have to force something, it will repel the law of attraction forces.

Be specific and line up with your request

The first thing you will need to do is be specific about your intention. What do you want? Next, ask for it. Don’t keep asking for it. Ask for it one time and know that your desire went forth. Be sure that your thoughts line up with your request. Surround yourself with positive energy and speak positive affirmations surrounding your request.

Visualize your goal

Visualize the manifestation of the goal. Feel the excitement as it really comes true for you. Know that your desires are on their way! Finally, take inspired action. As you line up with the positive vibrations and set your intentions on your goals, do something that creates that forward momentum. Clean out the garage for your new car. Buy some notebooks for your college courses. Organize your wardrobe for that new career. Clean your house for your next date. Mastering the law of attraction requires inspired action, so as you do so, be ready to receive all of your dreams!
